Zanzibar offers a rare opportunity to come really close to these amazing animals. The sea surrounding Kizimkazi in the south are home to a large number of bottle-nosed and spinner dolphins. We take a boat at and when we see them we can jump into the water. If you are lucky they are in a playful mood. After a couple of hours in the boat and the water with the dolphins, you will return to the beautiful beach of Kizimkazi, where you can enjoy lunch ( local or at Karamba Resort) and a swim in the shallow waters.
Jozani Rainforest is a hot-spot of biodiversity and stunning scenery. The rainforest is home to a number of endemic species, including the very rare Red Colobus Monkey, only found in Zanzibar. Other animals to be seen when walking the natural trails lined with eucalyptus and mahogany trees, is Blue Sykes Monkeys, elephant shrews and bush babies.
